Who we are

Sandia Suds Auto Detailing LLC ("we", "us") is a mobile car detailing service based in Albuquerque, NM 87122, serving Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bosque Farms and the East Mountains. The business is owned and operated by Diego Valdez. This policy covers sandiasudsautodetail.com and explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. What we collect

The information you give us is what you type into our quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you choose to give it, your vehicle, the service you are interested in, any notes you add, and whether you ticked the marketing text box. We ask only for what we need to give you a quote and book the job. Please do not put payment details or anything sensitive in the notes.

When you send the form we also record the time, the page, your IP address and your browser type, so we can show when and how you agreed to texts. Cloudflare, our host, processes each request, including your IP address, to deliver the site and limit abuse of the form. This site loads no advertising pixels or analytics scripts and sets no cookies of its own.

If you call or text our business numbers, our customer system keeps the messages and call details. We use them only to answer you and keep track of your job.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, quote the work, and schedule and perform the detail. When you send the form we send automated service texts about your request, and we send marketing texts only if you ticked the marketing box, as described below.

Text message (SMS) information

We collect your mobile number through the quote form on this site. Next to its send button, the form says that by sending it you agree to automated texts from Sandia Suds Auto Detailing about your quote and appointment. Those service texts are a reply to your quote request, up to three follow-ups about your quote, appointment details and a review request after the job. If you would rather not get texts, call (505) 917-2072 for your quote instead. The form also has a separate marketing text box, optional and unchecked, for occasional automated marketing texts: offers and reminders when your vehicle is due for another detail. Sending the form never signs you up for marketing texts. We send only the texts you agreed to, from (505) 349-0474. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, reply HELP for help, or tell us by phone or email. Our Terms cover the text program in full.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Where it goes

When you send the form, your details are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and managed by Grand Media, the agency that built and maintains this site. They also go to GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer system we use to keep track of quote requests and to send the texts you agreed to. An email alert with your request is sent to Diego and to Grand Media staff. These services handle your details only to deliver them to us, alert us and send the texts you agreed to.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your text message opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. If you want your information deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Booking through Urable

Online booking and payment are handled by Urable, a separate scheduling platform. Details you enter on our Urable booking page (name, contact details, vehicle, payment) are collected and processed by Urable under its own privacy policy and terms, not ours. Urable may send you booking texts, such as confirmations and reminders, from its own number under its own terms. We receive the booking details so we can do the job. We do not see or store your card details.

Third-party links

This site links to our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Yelp, LinkedIn and Google pages. Those companies may set their own cookies when you visit them, and their privacy policies apply there. Once you leave this site by following a link, this policy no longer governs what you do there.

How long we keep it

Quote requests in our website database are deleted automatically 24 months after they are sent. Copies in our customer system and email are kept as business records until you ask us to remove them. If you want yours removed sooner, email us and we will delete it within 30 days. If you opt out of texts, we keep a record of that so we never text your number again.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and rate limited. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so please send only what is needed for a quote.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
